Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis within a manufacturing environment. The role will analyze financial performance and profitability, prepare management reports, support year-end/compliance reporting, and provide insights for business decisions. Experience with JDE and/or Oracle is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, and budget/actual variances.
- Support year-end and compliance reporting.
- Perform ad hoc financial and business analysis using JDE/Oracle.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis experience.
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with an ERP system; JDE or Oracle preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing/plant finance experience.
- Experience with manufacturing costs, inventory, or operational financial analysis.
- Experience partnering with plant operations/leadership.
