Job Summary:
Join our client as a Financial Analyst with a strong focus on data analytics. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing financial reporting processes and developing innovative tools to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Quarter Close Financial Reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
• Present financial data to leadership, effectively communicating the story behind the numbers.
• Enhance month-end reporting workflows for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Transition financial reports to interactive Power BI dashboards, focusing on automation and visualization.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and what-if analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, actionable reporting.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in Power BI.
• Strong SQL or relational database experience.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Proven track record in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
