Job Title: Financial Analyst – Senior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a skilled financial professional to provide analytical insight that helps guide operational planning and decision-making across a complex multi-location environment. Our team is seeking someone who can translate performance trends into clear recommendations, support reporting cycles, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities that influence future results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and allocate monthly labor, sales, and controllable expense plans by location.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting that highlights performance trends, results to plan, and potential impacts on future periods.
- Partner with Zone Staff, analysts, and accountants to support planning, rolling forecasts, and month-end closing activities.
- Support ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks, including invoice processing, to assist operational and financial decision-making.
Required:
- 8+ years of budget preparation, administration, and control experience in a multiunit environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly achieve proficiency in new applications and work in a strong-growth, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
