Job Title: Financial Applications Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite)
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Financial Applications Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing and supporting timekeeping systems. You’ll ensure smooth operations by handling daily processes, addressing system issues, and collaborating with business leaders to enhance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the timekeeping email inbox and manage time sheet approvals.
• Create and maintain annual holiday calendars and SharePoint updates.
• Identify and resolve system issues, providing guidance on global timesheet queries.
• Collaborate with business leaders to document and update standard operating procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with timekeeping policies.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests from business partners.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and information systems.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Effective written communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in peer relationships and handle ambiguity.
Education:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Process improvement certification is a plus.
