Job Title: Firewall Engineer
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic Technology Engineer to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge technology solutions. We focus on aligning technology projects with business strategies and objectives, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage technical knowledge to design and maintain technology solutions.
- Assist in selecting appropriate platforms and integrating solutions.
- Provide systematic analysis on client requirements and resolve functional problems.
- Ensure quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with standards.
Required:
- 4-5 years of experience in technology engineering roles.
- Expertise in Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Azure Firewall, and AWS Network Firewall/Security Groups.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating firewall rule deployments or audits.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/S) and security concepts (zero trust, segmentation).
