Job Title: Fleet Analyst
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team. Our team relies on this position to support fleet operational data accuracy, dashcam program execution, and ensure reliable reporting for internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dashcam and related hardware ordering, shipment tracking, and facilitate installations across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate fleet inventory records, validate data, and prepare operational reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure fleet assets and dashcam devices are properly deployed and connected.
- Document and help communicate fleet policies, procedures, and process improvements, responding to support inquiries with a focus on customer service and safety.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, fleet, category management, procurement, automotive, or safety-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including above average Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis); familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently after onboarding and manage multiple priorities while upholding a safety-focused, detail-oriented mindset.
