Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of accountability by developing and implementing engineering solutions focused on customer and business outcomes.
- Serve as the technical advocate for products, leading requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and integration efforts.
- Maintain high standards of engineering craftsmanship by writing scalable, supportable code and ensuring quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with empowered, cross-functional teams to deliver lean, maintainable solutions while integrating diverse perspectives and continuous improvement practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Five or more years of professional experience in modern languages and frameworks, including Angular, React, Python, C#, .NET Core, SQL/NoSQL.
- Five or more years of experience with cloud-native engineering on Azure, including FaaS, PaaS, and micro-services.
- Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and tools, such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, and experience with Agile product delivery.
