Job Title: Global Ads Sales Enablement Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive enablement strategies and support global sales and operational teams during a critical 9-month engagement period for a leading entertainment brand. Our team focuses on ensuring cross-functional teams are equipped to use internal tools, processes, and provide consistent high-level support to brand partnerships and ads operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain a strategic enablement roadmap for internal sales tools, billing workflows, and brand partnerships programs over a 9-month engagement.
- Design and deliver training materials for internal systems, including process flows, playbooks, documentation, and short-form videos aligned with global readiness needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Sales, Operations, Billing, and Brand Partnerships to ensure all training and communications are current and effective.
- Gather feedback from global teams, track enablement metrics, and adapt programs to meet stakeholder requirements and reduce operational friction points.
Required:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, or similar roles within advertising, media, or SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enablement for internal tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and/or proprietary ads or sales platforms.
- Familiarity with ad technology or internal ad systems and experience supporting billing workflows or revenue operations within media, publisher, or streaming environments.
- Expertise in cross-functional partnership, strategic planning, and communication with C-suite and senior stakeholders on global projects.
