Job Title: Global Media Lead
Location: New York, New York (Fully Remote) EST Hours
This position is Media strategy and execution for multi-channel campaigns.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist III. Our team is dedicated to driving media strategy and execution across a diverse range of campaigns, ensuring impactful results and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of media campaigns with a primary focus on music marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with the media agency of record to develop integrated media plan recommendations spanning tactical media investments and high-impact custom activations.
- Oversee campaign execution and performance, ensuring programs launch successfully and deliver against established goals.
- Analyze campaign results and develop clear, actionable reporting that highlights key insights, learnings, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
Required:
- Experience working within the music, entertainment, live events, or broader cultural marketing space.
- 7+ years of media planning, strategy, and buying experience within a media agency environment or on the client side.
- Experience working across all media channels, including digital and traditional media, with strong digital media expertise and knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
