Job Title: Global Quality Solutions Representative
Location: Princeton, New Jersey (On-site)
Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a Global Quality Solutions Representative to support the optimization of quality systems and drive improvements that strengthen compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness. Our team is looking for a candidate who can translate business needs into effective system configurations, support testing and validation activities, and help advance digital solutions across Global Quality.
Responsibilities:
- Support the optimization of quality systems by assessing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and helping implement process improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective system configurations that align with user needs and compliance requirements.
- Support system enhancement activities by reviewing validation documents, assisting with UAT, and helping evaluate and implement AI capabilities within quality systems.
- Partner with stakeholders across Global Quality and cross-functional teams to support access management, training materials, data standards, and digital process improvements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of pharma quality-related processes and quality management systems experience.
- Knowledge of pharma quality standards, TrackWise Digital, and computer system validation.
- Experience with software applications regularly used in the role, including TrackWise, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and build partnerships with functional leads.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of GxP areas, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
