Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong designer to support apparel production artwork for signature athlete products and related projects. Our team is looking for someone who can bring proven production art expertise, strong schematic development skills, and the ability to take work from concept through factory-ready execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical schematics and production art assets for apparel products, including logos and trims.
- Support signature athlete and fashion-focused apparel projects with accurate, factory-ready design documentation.
- Collaborate with design and production partners to move work from concept through final handoff.
- Apply technical graphic design knowledge to screen printing, color separation, all-over print, and related apparel production needs.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in production art for apparel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with signature athletes and the fashion side of apparel.
- Strong senior-level apparel production art experience with a portfolio showing technical schematics, graphic design work, and clear ownership across the full process.
- Experience creating schematics used for factory production, including logos and trims.
- Experience with screen printing on apparel, trims for apparel, color separations for screen-printing, all-over print, and printing design/supplementation.
- 3D experience, CLO, and AI tools are of interest or preferred experience.
