Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a Graphic Designer who can help deliver best-in-class production art execution for apparel graphics and related deliverables. Our team is looking for someone who can balance speed, precision, and consistency while partnering closely across design functions to turn creative intent into accurate, production-ready assets.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate graphic schematics and production-ready artwork that clearly communicate material, trim, graphic, color, and style details.
- Partner with Product, Graphic, Color, and Digital Design teams to preserve design intent through development and commercialization.
- Translate 2D concepts into 3D product applications using samples, forms, and digital tools while managing assigned projects from concept through final execution.
- Contribute to process mapping, onboarding materials, training tools, workflow efficiencies, and team knowledge-sharing efforts.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, specifically related to apparel.
- Strong schematic measurements expertise and advanced Adobe Suite skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle competing priorities, and adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Preferred capabilities include 3D rendering experience, specifically CLO, AI experience, specifically Vizcom, and typography experience.
