Location: Burlington, Vermont (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager with strong Epic revenue cycle expertise to lead client-facing engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation, process improvement, and operating model design. This role will partner with healthcare provider organizations to assess current-state operations, identify performance improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare revenue cycle engagements, managing project plans, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Assess, design, and implement revenue cycle operating model improvements for healthcare provider clients.
  • Manage and coach project team members while ensuring high-quality engagement delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including Directors and senior operational leaders.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to support Epic-related revenue cycle optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of healthcare provider revenue cycle experience, including prior experience in a Manager or leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic revenue cycle workflows, reporting, and optimization initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end revenue cycle operations, including insurance verification, authorizations, patient collections, coding, and CFB/DNFB management.
  • End-to-end revenue cycle expertise across provider organizations.
  • Experience leading operational improvement, transformation, or consulting-related initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Epic implementation, optimization, workflow redesign, or revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a healthcare consulting or advisory environment.
