Job Title: Help Desk Technician / Analyst
Location: Pataskala, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential application and desktop support to business users. Our team values effective troubleshooting, communication, and a strong commitment to maintaining IT standards and security within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver troubleshooting for PC, network, phone, printer hardware and software, as well as mobile devices and handhelds.
- Participate in technology refresh projects and provide desk-side and remote support to business users.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues, coordinating resolution activities with involved parties while acting as the single contact for end users.
- Comply with organizational IT standard processes, procedures, client services, and security policies while performing assigned duties and asset management requirements.
Required:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing technologies, demonstrating strong learning capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Associate degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ITIL-focused ticket management tools; IVANTI knowledge is a plus but not required.
