Job Title: Help Desk Technician / Analyst
Location: Battle Ground, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Help Desk Technician / Analyst to support end users with a mix of application and desktop support needs. Our team is seeking a professional who can provide responsive, desk-side and remote assistance while helping keep daily technology operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application and desktop support for PC, network, phone, printer hardware and software, mobile devices, and handhelds.
- Deliver in-person, desk-side, and remote support to business users while serving as the initial point of contact for IT-related issues.
- Participate in technology refresh projects and support device setup, imaging, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate resolution activities with all involved parties and maintain clear, professional communication with users and internal IT teams.
Required:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an Associate’s degree plus 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience with ITIL-focused ticket management tools; ServiceNow experience is a plus but not required.
- Desktop/laptop imaging experience, hardware and software application maintenance and support, and asset management experience.
- Ability to comply with IT standard processes and procedures and IT security policies.
