Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver and support core Human Resources programs and processes. Our team values strong communication, effective collaboration, and creative problem?solving to drive a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Human Resources programs, systems, and processes while providing guidance and assistance for policy implementation.
- Resolve or refer HR-related cases related to attendance, corrective actions, and employee or manager inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of an employee-focused culture and support the delivery and improvement of HR processes, with particular emphasis on attendance case management.
- Utilize HR metrics and people data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
Required:
- Experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes (minimum 1 year).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, and HR case management systems.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with high-impact communication style and familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting tools.
