Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Reno, Nevada (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Human Resources professional to support diverse HR functions and enhance organizational effectiveness. Our team values proactive engagement and strives to support both employees and management through recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting background checks.
- Support employee orientation, training activities, and ensure new hires are equipped with necessary information and resources.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist with the administration of HR programs, policies, employee relations investigations, and communication initiatives.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software, with ability to support time-sensitive and confidential matters effectively.
