Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Reno, Nevada (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated HR professionals to join our team and support a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our team is searching for talent who can drive core HR processes, foster positive employee relations, and ensure high standards of compliance and service to all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and background checks.
- Support employee orientation, training initiatives, and ensure new hires have access to essential information and resources.
- Administer HR programs and initiatives, including employee benefits and recognition programs, and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records for compliance, support investigations and disciplinary actions, and assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
