Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support a multi-building campus with hands-on maintenance, repair, and inspection work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain safe, efficient operations while responding to work orders, alarms, and emergencies with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and related installed systems.
- Monitor and respond to alarms within building automation systems and support ongoing equipment performance.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, building interior/exterior, and related grounds systems.
- Complete facility inspections, report conditions found, and support emergency response needs when required.
Required:
- Universal EPA 608 Certification is required.
- At least 4 years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license is required.
- Ability to comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping and safe work areas, recognize hazards, and follow applicable state, county, or city ordinances, codes, or laws.
- Experience with building automation systems and familiarity with Siemens, Schneider, and Metasys is required.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
- Journeyman status is required.
