Job Title: I&E Designer
Location: Mont Belvieu, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We support engineering projects from concept to construction and play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Our team is dedicated to driving efficient project execution while adhering to industry standards and company specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support design and drafting activities to ensure project execution aligns with applicable standards and best practices.
- Prepare and revise technical drawings such as process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and facility layouts.
- Develop and maintain lists for equipment, instruments, and materials required for construction projects, and assist in establishing scopes of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, inspectors, and contractors to deliver comprehensive design packages and facilitate project logistics.
Required:
- Strong experience in instrumentation and electrical design for industrial or energy-related projects.
- Proficiency in computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) systems.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices related to instrumentation and electrical design.
- Ability to travel to project sites by air or automobile as project needs dictate.
