Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Mesa, AZ
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to enhance products, processes, and services.
- Develop layouts for plants and equipment, create capacity plans, and design workflow sequences.
- Optimize production systems by integrating design, supply chain, facilities, and personnel.
- Conduct workflow analysis and develop models for data analysis and metrics.
- Implement process improvements to boost schedule performance, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Support project management and scheduling to ensure efficient execution planning.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Discrete Event Simulation Software (e.g., Simio, ProModel).
- Familiarity with Constraint-Based Scheduling Software (e.g., Aurora, MS Project).
- Knowledge of 3D CAD tools like NX/Unigraphics.
