Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Mesa, AZ
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to enhance products, processes, and services.
- Develop layouts for plants and equipment, plan capacities, and ensure safety and workflow efficiency.
- Design and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply chain, facilities, and personnel.
- Conduct workflow analysis and create models, databases, and spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Implement process improvements to boost schedule performance, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Support project management and scheduling to ensure efficient execution planning.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial or Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with low-volume assembly on large-scale platforms.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with Discrete Event Simulation Software and Constraint-Based Scheduling Software.
- Experience with 3D CAD tools and Teamcenter tools.
