Job Title: Industry Relations Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with this company to recruit an Industry Relations Specialist for a high-impact, fast-moving team supporting global engagement, editorial coordination, and strategic communications initiatives. Our focus is to help surface a candidate who can manage multiple workstreams, communicate with precision, and contribute to cross-functional alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support engagement strategy and execution across multiple industry relations workstreams, including promotional programs and editorial initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and regional partners to align messaging, timing, and deliverables across markets.
- Coordinate project activities from planning through rollout, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail across concurrent priorities.
- Assist with strategic communications, speaking opportunities, and co-promotional activities while maintaining brand consistency and appropriate use of intellectual property.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of communications experience within entertainment technology, production, post, or VFX.
- Background in marketing and communications with clear understanding of the VFX/post crossover space.
- Proven ability to support strategy execution and manage partnership workstreams from concept through execution.
- Working knowledge of IP licensing as it relates to branding and content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience adapting tone for global, cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Experience juggling high-volume, concurrent workstreams with meticulous attention to detail.
