Job Title: Innovation Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive process reimagination and innovation initiatives for a dynamic, strategy-oriented team. Our team empowers cross-functional consultants to deliver high-impact business solutions within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead process engineering, modeling, and reengineering efforts utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management methods.
- Integrate design thinking and human-centered design frameworks to enhance customer journeys and service blueprinting.
- Collaborate across teams to map systems integrations and apply generative AI for human augmentation within business processes.
- Support digital transformation efforts, evaluate risks/controls, and drive business architecture for organization-wide improvement.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in process engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and business process management within regulated industries.
- Proficiency in human-centered design or design thinking with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, process engineering, or related discipline.
