Job Title: Innovation Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary innovation initiatives. Our team relies on this role to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and execute complex projects, adhering to specifications, timelines, budgets, and resource constraints within a larger organizational initiative.
- Foster positive, inclusive team environments that support collaboration, motivation, and clear communication across all project phases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and senior management, ensuring alignment of objectives and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by utilizing industry-recognized methodologies and documenting lessons learned, best practices, and project knowledge for future use.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management, or equivalent with a Bachelor’s degree; no prior experience required with a Master’s degree.
- Proven ability to resolve a wide range of project issues creatively and effectively using advanced planning methods and risk estimation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience executing projects independently within agreed specifications, resource constraints, and quality standards.
