Job Title: Instructional Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to collaborate with subject matter experts and develop engaging, high-quality online learning materials that drive staff comprehension and compliance. Our team values expertise in crafting interactive training experiences for organizational wide impact within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate virtually with subject matter experts to develop streamlined instructional content focused on Quality Management System (QMS).
- Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance the online learning experience.
- Ensure alignment of course materials with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for optimal results in corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Coordinate with project teams to manage timelines and deliver high-quality course materials on schedule.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience designing interactive, online instructional content.
- Mastery of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proven project management and strong communication skills, with experience working within cross-functional teams and in regulated industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, or GxP.
