Responsibilities:
- Execute multiple concurrent projects, including evidence generation and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timelines
- Develop and maintain programming expertise in R, Python, SAS/SQL for project deliverables
- Stay current on data sources and support the PDS Strategy Team
- Collaborate with various teams to acquire new data and run custom analytics
- Provide expertise in building in-house tools for analytics and project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Master’s/PhD in informatics, epidemiology, or clinical discipline
- 3+ years of related experience with 2+ years in the healthcare industry, preferably in epidemiology/economics/market access research groups
- Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS programming
- Experience with R Shiny is desirable
- Strong SQL programming skills with experience in large databases
- Ability to translate business questions into data analysis plans
- Familiarity with health research analytics and healthcare industry experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with a passion for driving innovation in healthcare analytics
