Job Title: IT Business Analyst II
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid work model)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define operational and analytical data requirements for our customer data platform, focusing on master data management, analytics, and AI.
- Manage data integration across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data consolidation and transformation for reporting and analysis.
- Elicit input from SMEs and stakeholders, creating flow charts of business processes and report mock-ups.
- Conduct discovery data analysis on source system and post-process data to align data inputs and outputs with business processes.
- Present findings, business requirements, and action plans to both technical and non-technical users.
- Conduct Business-Test / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that development meets feature requirements.
Skills Required:
- BA/BS in Business or STEM discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in writing and documenting business and functional feature requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL data querying and data exploration.
- Experience working in an agile development environment using scrum.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce.
- Experience with Master Data Management data environments.
