Job Title: IT Performance Manager
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to optimize enterprise-wide service delivery and enhance the employee experience. Our team is dedicated to fostering collaboration across internal departments, leading process improvements, and ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Digital and Information Technology teams to ensure alignment of business needs and superior employee experience.
- Act as a point of escalation for requests and incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality.
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years related experience in an IT or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in user-friendly language.
- Must be generally familiar with IT connectivity systems and hardware.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
