Job Title: IT Procurement Manager
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead strategic sourcing for information technology categories. Our team values innovative thinking and strong supplier management to deliver measurable cost optimization and reliable service for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies and roadmaps for IT spend portfolios, driving demand shaping, supply market analysis, and long-term value.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage key supplier relationships, supporting vendor management activities and driving joint improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and TCO/should-cost modeling to achieve year-over-year savings and cost optimization objectives.
- Partner with operations, legal, finance, information security, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure sourcing aligns with business strategy and compliance requirements.
Required:
- Demonstrated expertise in running RFx events, complex contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, total cost of ownership modeling, and benchmarking for IT spend categories.
- Strong skills with eSourcing, contract lifecycle, and procure-to-pay platforms; advanced Excel and analytics capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline preferred, or 7–10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or category management with portfolio responsibility across indirect and/or direct materials.
