Job Title: IT Project Financial Analyst II
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to support a high-impact IT finance and delivery environment where accuracy, insight, and cross-functional collaboration drive success. Responsibilities:

  • Own budgeting, monthly forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting for a book of assigned IT projects.
  • Analyze actuals against plan, identify variances, and deliver clear insights and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Change Request process by evaluating financial impact, risk, and funding requirements for proposed changes.
  • Partner with Finance on capital versus expense classification, capitalization activities, funding requests, accruals, and month-end close support.

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED with equivalent experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related major.
  • Minimum two years of experience in project financial analysis, FP&A, cost analysis, or project controls.
  • Looking for someone with strong knowledge of project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flows, spend curves, financial data accuracy, and financial data integration.
  • Experience with demand planning, portfolio forecasting, and portfolio analysis is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience owning budgets and forecasts for a portfolio of projects.
  • Working knowledge of project-accounting concepts, including capital versus expense, capitalization, and estimate-at-completion forecasting.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP or project-accounting systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, plus Power BI.
