Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: San Jose, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and lead critical IT projects. Our team values strong leadership to ensure project delivery is efficient, timely, and within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects to achieve defined objectives.
- Develop project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and provide regular status updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to support successful outcomes.
Required:
- Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
- Advanced proficiency (6-9 years) with Genesis – Contact Center.
- Intermediate proficiency (3-5 years) with SAP C4C – Cloud for Customer and Salesforce – Service Cloud.
- Availability to be on-site at the client office in San Jose, California, five days a week.
