Responsibilities:
- Engage in hands-on keyboard development to meet acceptance criteria and project delivery timelines.
- Work collaboratively with an agile crew to understand requirements and contribute to solutions.
- Coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate actively in team discussions, offering and accepting constructive feedback.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in the field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity for teamwork and feedback exchange.
