Job Title: Junior AI Developer
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering with this company to find a Junior AI Developer who can support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform initiatives while building practical experience in configuration, documentation, and solution support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with building and configuring Microsoft 365 and Power Platform-based AI and automation solutions.
- Support workflow development, app components, connector configurations, and agent experiences.
- Participate in unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and operational stabilization.
- Create technical documentation, release notes, support materials, and reusable components while following established standards.
Required:
- Foundational experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, application development, or automation.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and structured problem solving.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute within established design patterns.
- Strong learning agility, communication, and collaboration skills.
