Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Support incentive marketing offers by monitoring incoming requests from branches and care centers, researching and resolving issues as needed.
- Create and maintain Excel reports, import files into applications, validate results, and analyze data to identify trends.
- Conduct audits and validations, perform research to address payment disputes, and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
- Schedule and lead meetings, demonstrating workload management skills and the ability to respond to urgent requests or changing priorities.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and an analytical or investigative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, collaborative mindset, and flexibility to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
