Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support business analysis, story readiness, and delivery coordination across a cross-functional Agile team. Our team is looking for someone who can help drive alignment, clarify requirements, and keep work moving smoothly from intake through release.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end story readiness for assigned work, from intake and refinement through execution support and release.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria and support refinement sessions.
- Coordinate UAT readiness, support business testers during execution, and assist with release communications and documentation.
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong user story creation and backlog management experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience facilitating refinement sessions and driving requirements clarity.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts, with POS to LOS experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with SharePoint or a similar documentation tool.
