Job Title: Junior Construction Project Lead
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the coordination of multiple construction and signage initiatives across a large portfolio of store projects. We are seeking someone who can manage fast-moving priorities, communicate clearly with internal and external teams, and keep project documentation, schedules, and approvals moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction and signage projects at the same time, keeping schedules, priorities, and deliverables on track.
- Prepare contract memos and DocuSigns, and distribute required project documents to internal and external contacts.
- Review and approve proposals and invoices, track budgets, and support close-out activities for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with General Contractors and Sign Vendors, send kick-off communications, and provide regular status updates.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades preferred.
- Strong organization and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with comfort handling phone calls and emails from store teams and contractors.
- Ability to read blueprints, including Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans; knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing criteria is desired.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word; Lucernex and Service Channel experience is a plus.
- Experience with complex projects, retail environments, general fixturing, or store planning is preferred.
