Job Title: Junior Corporate Accountant
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as the annual audit by providing documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and analyze financial data for ad-hoc reporting.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred.
- 2-4 years of related experience at a large public company or auditing large public companies.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of accounting theory, principles, practices, and regulations including FASB/GAAP and SOX compliance.
- Ability to document a broad range of issues in work papers, disclosures, and memos with strong analytical judgment and process efficiency.
