Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to support our team’s marketing, digital, and in-store initiatives through design expertise. Our team values collaboration and accuracy to produce polished visual assets across a variety of channels.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and resize digital marketing assets for email, web, and paid advertisements following established brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of print and in-store materials, including signage and visual assets.
- Prepare production-ready files, ensuring all assets are formatted, labeled, and delivered accurately for digital and print use.
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional partners, applying feedback to refine and finalize assets efficiently.
Required:
- 2–6 years of experience in digital and print design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with ability to design within brand guidelines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback, supported by a portfolio of design work (student or personal projects welcome).
