Job Title: KPI & Value Lead (Analytics & Value Realization)

Job Summary:
The KPI & Value Lead is responsible for defining, consolidating, and communicating the business value of Client Experience investments across the organization. Rather than creating new metrics, this role serves as the central analytics and value realization function, aggregating KPIs from multiple platforms and products (including Lakehouse, Ignition, and digital products) into a unified reporting framework.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical analytics expertise to measure adoption, quantify business outcomes, demonstrate ROI, and provide leadership with actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centralized KPI and value measurement framework across multiple products and initiatives.
- Consolidate metrics from various platforms into executive-level dashboards and reporting.
- Build financial models that quantify ROI, business impact, and value realization.
- Track product adoption, post-implementation success, and business outcomes.
- Design and maintain SQL and Power BI dashboards for leadership reporting.
- Partner with product, finance, analytics, and business stakeholders to align on success metrics.
- Translate complex data into clear executive recommendations that support investment decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, business intelligence, value realization, or financial strategy.
- Strong experience with advanced financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI.
- Experience measuring KPIs, adoption metrics, and business performance.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into executive-level insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
- Experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic analytics.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Lakehouse architectures.
