Job Title: Lead Data Architect (Oracle Migration & Delivery)

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Data Architect to drive end-to-end Oracle data migration and architecture initiatives. This role owns the design, execution, and delivery of complex data migration programs, working closely with clients, Oracle engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration efforts across Oracle 12/19 environments, ensuring accuracy, performance, and integrity
- Own architectural decisions for data design, integration, and migration strategy
- Drive day-to-day execution, coordinating with client stakeholders, Oracle engineers, and testing teams
- Author and review technical artifacts (architecture diagrams, data models, integration flows, data dictionary, security plans)
- Partner with project leadership on planning, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking
- Lead technical discussions and act as the primary point of contact for data architecture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture and migration, with strong Oracle expertise
- Hands-on experience with Oracle 12/19 and ODI scripting
- Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and governance frameworks
- Experience working in enterprise data environments and large-scale migrations
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
