Job Title: Lead Data Entry Clerk
Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-focused professional to support the intake and processing of customer onboarding applications for cooperative membership and patronage. This position plays an important part in helping ensure applications are reviewed accurately, communicated clearly, and entered properly into SAP when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Review CHS Membership and Patronage Applications for patronage eligibility and completeness.
- Enter application information into SAP as necessary.
- Prepare written communication to applicants and business units when forms are incorrect, incomplete, or require additional information.
- Support Patron Equities staff with ad hoc projects and day-to-day intake activities.
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills required.
- Experience with SAP preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week for the duration of the short-term project.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, maintain accountability, and demonstrate reliability.
