Job Title: Lead Data Integration Engineer
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, implement, and oversee large-scale data integration solutions within a collaborative, dynamic enterprise environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead system designs and development of data integration pipelines, focusing on connecting various platforms and legacy systems.
- Supervise and collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring solutions align with privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Define and maintain integration architecture principles, with emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.
- Participate in design reviews, go-live preparation activities, and continuous improvement of integration processes.
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in database development using Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- 7 years designing, coding, and delivering ETL workflows with tools such as Matillion (preferred), Informatica, Ab Initio, or DataStage.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, modeling, and optimizing integration workflows for efficiency.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, data governance frameworks, and experience working with cloud integration platforms.
