Job Title: Lead SAP Data Migration Analyst

Job Summary: We are searching for motivated professionals to join our team on a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA initiative. Our team values expertise in data migration, quality management, and information architecture as essential for organizational success and downstream data delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on data analysis, data profiling, and data sourcing to support complex migration and architectural efforts.
- Run and manage specific data project workstreams, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate directly with data consumers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data quality, and resolve issues.
- Organize and drive data cleansing activities at legacy source systems to ensure readiness for S4 migration.
Required:
- Minimum 6 years of related experience in enterprise-level data analysis, profiling, and sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Strong technical foundation with practical experience using Alteryx and Databricks for data analysis.
- Functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Finance data domains, including extraction and cleansing of legacy SAP ECC environments.
