Job Title: Learning Experience Designer – Mid-Level

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and maintain high-impact training resources for IT audiences. Our team values creative thinkers who can turn complex technical concepts into accessible and effective learning solutions that measurably improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update a variety of learning assets, including eLearning modules, slide decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, labs, demos, job aids, quizzes, and assessments.
- Create instructional materials for multiple delivery modalities to ensure accessibility and inclusive design.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical material into clear, instructionally sound content while managing review cycles, version control, and approvals.
- Apply learning science and adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention and knowledge transfer.
Required:
- 5–10 years of experience designing and developing technical training for corporate, higher education, bootcamp, or vendor environments.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise and experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with instructional design models and practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, backward design) and conducting needs analysis with measurable learning objectives.
- Proven understanding of IT subject matter (such as AI, Azure, Agile, Data Analytics, or DevOps) and ability to learn new technologies quickly; practical knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum and/or Kanban).
