Job Title: Licensing and Branding Coordinator – Mid-Level
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support data analysis, reporting, and database improvement initiatives for a dynamic team environment. This role is focused on helping transform legacy reporting processes into more streamlined solutions while supporting stakeholders with accurate, timely insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain databases to support data tracking, reporting, and analytical needs.
- Transition an Access-based database solution to a SQL-based data mart while maintaining data integrity and performance.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track business metrics and trends.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests, documentation, training, and ongoing process improvement efforts across teams.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced data visualization knowledge, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Good communication and social skills, critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
