Job Title: Localization Specialist
Location: Rancho Cordova, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a Localization Specialist to support approved localization and Phoenix rework activities with accuracy and consistency. This position plays an important role in relabeling, IFU replacement, packaging updates, and traceability documentation to help keep operations moving and business objectives on track.
Responsibilities:
- Perform approved localization and Phoenix rework activities in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
- Remove, replace, and apply product labels, Instructions for Use, and packaging components as required.
- Verify product configuration, lot numbers, serial numbers, and documentation to support product traceability.
- Complete Device History Records, rework documentation, and related records accurately and in real time while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Basic computer and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the workday is required.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, medical device, packaging, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Experience with product labeling, packaging, or rework activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and quality systems is preferred.
