Job Title: Logistics Analyst
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is committed to advancing the company’s Logistics strategy by expertly coordinating the transportation of equipment and materials for Capital Projects, Field Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance. We ensure smooth facilitation and expedited flow of materials, enhancing operational efficiency across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of transportation and expediting services for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with TSA, DOT, and Customs regulations, preparing all required documentation.
- Maintain continuous involvement with carriers and project teams to ensure successful shipment completion.
- Manage communication with third-party logistics vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Required:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree and prior experience with freight forwarding and logistics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and negotiating abilities.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership of job tasks and project requirements.
