Job Title: Logistics & Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support ongoing supply chain planning and distribution initiatives. Our team is focused on ensuring product availability and expanding distribution into global markets through effective supply chain and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning and maintain inventory control for a recently launched product.
- Manage purchase order and invoice processes, track shipments, and reconcile inventory using SAP.
- Coordinate distribution and vendor communications, supporting market expansion efforts including distribution setup for Brazil.
- Execute tactical supply chain activities and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and meet operational targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Business Analytical skills, Project Mgt., ERP, MS 365 Suite
- Negotiation, Team Leadership, and Networking skills
- Strong organizational skills in thought, communication, and day-to-day
- Ability to handle ambiguity; curious mindset; ability to adapt and be a part of a multi-team approach.
- Certifications: APICS
- Technical Skills: GMP, SAP S4 HANA
- Industry Experience: Pharma, Med. Device, Food
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Time Zone: EST Zone
