Position: LSM Equipment Engineer
Are you passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory and clinical manufacturing operations? We are seeking a motivated LSM Equipment Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in executing equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair activities, owning deviations and investigations, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
- Execute equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise vendors for calibration and maintenance functions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Own deviations and investigations related to calibration activities, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Author procedures for calibration and maintenance, contributing to the development of best practices.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Update inventory management system and approve related documents to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FDA-regulated industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (cGMP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in equipment calibration and maintenance.
